Festival Facts

1.  The Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival is sponsored by The Village Art Club, Inc., a 501(c)3, non-profit organization located in Bella Vista. The VAC is dedicated to promoting the visual arts in the Northwest Arkansas area.

2.  Festival profits provide Art Scholarships to local high school graduates, support the Village Art Club, maintain the Wishing Spring Gallery and Gallery West, as well as underwrite classes and workshops for the public.

3.  2009 is the 41st year for the Festival. We will be in the same location where we have been for the past 12 years. Festival grounds are located on Highway 279 at Rogers Road, about a quarter mile south of the Highway 340 stop sign, in Bella Vista.

4.  We appreciate Cooper Communities for allowing us to use the property for the Festival.

5.  The Festival has booth space for more than 300 exhibitors, and we are usually full each year.

6.  Prospective exhibitors may e-mail or call the office and request an application to be sent, along with our List of Policies and Procedures. Or download our Application and Policies from this website. Food vendors should contact the festival office for information.

7.  Each and every exhibitor goes through a thorough jury process. Priority placement is given to the prior year’s exhibitors. We do monitor the number of each type of item order for all exhibitors and vendors to have a chance at good sales. We attempt to the best of our ability to locate similar types of products away from each other.
