We Would Welcome You as an Exhibitor!

The Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival is always looking for people interested in exhibiting and selling their creations, and we welcome anyone who would like to apply. Exhibitors are juried and everything in a booth must be hand-crafted. We do not allow any buy-sell or manufactured goods.

As we have earned the reputation of the largest and premier festival in Arkansas, our jury is very discerning as to what is acceptable for our Festival. In addition to the acceptance jury, every booth is reviewed on site to be sure that only juried items are for sale.

To apply, download the Exhibitor Application and the Festival Policies for Exhibitors. If you meet the requirements and agree to the Policies, complete the application and sign it.  When you sign the application, you are agreeing to abide by the Policies. In order to proceed with jurying, we need the completed application, three GOOD pictures of your work and one picture of your booth, an artist’s statement about you and how you create your items, and the application fee. We will acknowledge receipt of your application (only if you provide a valid email address). Jurying takes place on a regular basis so you will be contacted regarding acceptance as soon as the jury has seen your work. You do not need to submit new pictures each year, unless you change or add to your products.

We start accepting applications for the next year during the current Festival in October. We honor current exhibitors and their requests first, and then on February 1, we start to admit new exhibitors. You do not have to wait until January 31 to submit your application - we will timestamp each as they are received, and, of course, we will let you know that we have received your application as noted above, but new exhibitors will not be advised as to acceptance until afterFebruary 1.
