Want to Be an Exhibitor?

Anyone interested in becoming an exhibitor at our October Festival is juried and everything in a booth must be hand-crafted  We do not allow any buy-sell goods. Our jury is very discerning as to what is acceptable for our Festival. In addition to the acceptance jury, every booth is reviewed on site to be sure that only juried items are for sale. The Festival is always looking for people interested in exhibiting and selling their creations, and we welcome anyone who would like to apply.

To apply, download the application and the Policies. If you meet the requirements and agree to the Policies, complete the Application and sign it  When you sign the application, you are agreeing to abide by these Policies. We require three GOOD pictures of your work, an artist’s statement about you and how you make your goods, and the application fee. We try to jury applications on a regular basis so you will be contacted regarding acceptance as soon as the jury has seen your work. You do not need to submit new pictures each year, unless you change or add to your products.

We start accepting applications for the next year during the current Festival. We honor current exhibitors and their requests first, and then on January 31, we start to admit new exhibitors. You do not have to wait until January 31 to submit your application.

Multiple Booth Requests

Our staff makes decisions regarding double spaces based on availability and previous commissions. We are a non-profit organization organized to provide support to artisans and future artisans in Northwest Arkansas. As such, we must be good stewards of our funds and if commissions from a previous year do not warrant two spaces, the exhibitor will only be allowed one space so that we might admit another exhibitor. The past few years, we have had a waiting list for spaces.

About the Booths

This is no additional fee for electricity inside our large tents. There are lights mounted from the top of each large tent to provide overall lighting.

Electricity is only available in the areas identified on the application for individual tent areas.

The amperage is limited in each booth to what is defined in the Policies. You can download the POLICIES on the APPLICATION page.

For best results, we recommend fluorescent bulbs in light fixtures as they give more light on fewer watts.Electric appliances may not be used. (See Policies and Procedures) Heaters, electric cash registers, coffee pots, etc. will cause breakers to cut off.

Set-up Dates

Exhibitors may set up on Tuesday or Wednesday before the festival, but you must be on the grounds prior to 5pm to gain entrance on either day. Security will be on the site all night beginning Tuesday and through Saturday at closing.

Ddue to electrica lines and cords,, it is not possible to drive along the back of TENT B, AREA 200, TENT D, TENT E, or AREA 400. No exceptions can be made.

We expect exhibitors to unload quickly and move their vehicle to allow all exhibitors close access to their booths. No vehicles will be allowed on the site after 7:15am on opening day.

There is a specified area for trailer parking and no exceptions can be made to be fair to all exhibitors.

If you have a trailer, it is required to have our Festival ID tag displayed on it. Your booth number must be on that tag. (In case of an emergency with a trailer, we would like to be able to locate the owner.)
