1. You do not need to submit new pictures every year. We need them only when you change the items you are selling, or if we need to re-jury you. You will be notified of a re-jury process.

2. Electricity is free in each booth inside our large tents. Outside exhibitors may get an electrical drop (if it is available) for a $15 fee, payable with your application. NOTE: the amperage is limited in each booth to the equivalent of six 40-watt bulbs. This must be observed.

         a. For best results, we recommend fluorescent bulbs in light fixtures. They give more light on fewer watts.

         b. Electric appliances cannot be used. (See your List of Rules.) Heaters, electric cash registers, coffee pots, and like items will cause breakers to cut off. We will not be resetting them until all extraneous equipment is removed.

3. Exhibitors may set up on Tuesday or Wednesday. We have found that this eliminated a great deal of the traffic snarls we used to encounter on Wednesdays.

4. The free RV spaces are for our exhibitors only. This is dry camping, so plan accordingly. Reservations are required – there are only 40 spaces.

5. If an exhibitor wants to have ice in their booth for coolers, you may purchase some from the Office. We would like to know ahead of time so we can order enough ice for everyone’s needs.

6. If you have a trailer on site, it MUST have one of our ID tags on it. Your booth number must be on that tag. (In case of an emergency with a trailer, we would like to be able to locate the owner.)

7. Children belonging to exhibitors must be kept under supervision.  Children on bikes, skate boards, etc., must stay out of the Festival site area.

8. We help exhibitors find local accommodations by providing a list of local hotels from the Chamber of Commerce and Visitor's Bureau of Bentonville and Rogers. Lists can be found on their websites located on our Links page. In addition, there are Bella Vista organizations who host bed and breakfast arrangements in their members' homes for our exhibitors. These groups, who are raising money for their scholarship funds, are listed on the Links page. They should be called directly.

9. Each year we strive to provide perfect weather during our Festival. However, we are not always successful. Please check weather forecasts and prepare accordingly.

10. The Fine Arts Market tent (FAM) is an invitation-only space. We try to select a good variety of top-flight artists for our visitors to be able to see the work and visit with the artist, asking questions or observing demonstrations. Visitors enjoy getting to know the artists on a personal level.

11. Good sales depend totally upon the exhibitor. Good current products will sell, but a good exhibitor greets people at their booth and connects with them to make them customers. Well-designed booths will showcase products in order for customers to see them and get ideas of how they can be used.

12. Our rules state that exhibitors be here, in their booth, during the Festival. Please abide by this. We publicize that visitors may talk with the maker of the items in the booth.  Please observe this rule.

13. If any of our exhibitor’s have a website, we will be happy to add a link to our Links page. In return, we would request a link on your web page.
