How to Become an
Exhibitor
The Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival has gained the
reputation for being one of the best shows in the nation for artisans. The staff is
dedicated to keeping the Festival a great place for exhibitors to
show their wares, and for visitors to be able to purchase high quality original hand-crafted items.
As a prospective exhibitors, you submit an application with
pictures of your work and of your booth. Your photos may also be used for
publicity. An artist’s statement
to tell the jurying committee a bit about your products and your background helps us get to know you. Booth fees must accompany the application.
Each application is reviewed by
a jury and upon acceptance, the exhibitor will be assigned a space.
Each exhibitor is again juried on site. No buy-sell items
will be allowed. If any resale items are found, the exhibitor
will be asked to remove any such items and may be asked to leave the show. No fees will be refunded in this instance.
Pictures are expected to be good quality close-ups with one sample of
your work per photo, with three different items in three photos.
These items are samples of what you will have in your booth.
We will continue to accept and jury applications until we are full. Exhibitors should remember that we have at least 75-80% repeat exhibitors - so spaces are at a premium each year. All submissions must meet the same standards as early submissions. Late submissions may not appear in the
printed Festival program.
Returning exhibitors who turn in the next year's application and correct
fees before January 31, are guaranteed their current
booth, OR AN UPGRADE if requested and available.
Food vendors should contact the Festival office for an application.

The October Application Form is now able to be filled in online. This helps us to make sure that we have your info correct. You cannot save the completed form, though, so print it out before you close the site. There are directions on the form (right side close to the top) as to how to print out and submit the form. Please remember that submission via email only alerts us that your form is coming - you are not accepted until the printed form with your payment has been received and you have been juried. You will then receive an acceptance email from us. Please let us know if you have any problems with this form.
